Q: Can I use the artwork from a previous static billboard campaign?

A: Yes. We will check the artwork, and as long as the format is suitable we can have a new billboard printed. If the artwork is not suitable, every effort will be made to modify and utilise your design.

Q: What if I don’t have any artwork to provide for the billboard?

A: Not a problem. Our dedicated design team will work closely with you to create a spectacular and eye catching billboard.

Q: Can I choose the length of my campaign?

A: Course you can. Your campaign can run for 1 week for up to 12 weeks, after that we recommend you consider having a replacement billboard, due to general wear from scrolling. This also gives the opportunity to change any artwork.

Q: Can I re-use my billboards for future campaigns?

A: Yes. Your billboard will be securely stored and ready to use for any future campaigns.

Q: What happens if The PIC Van is off the road?

A: If this unlikely event occurred we will endeavour to have it back on the road as soon as possible. Your campaign will simply carry over, so no days will be lost. Any events missed will be refunded or re-booked.
